  • Work shells into chain spaces, not stitches.
  • Use stitch markers at row ends.
  • Cotton yarn gives excellent stitch definition for this design.

🌿 Perfect For

This pattern works beautifully for:

  • Shawls
  • Summer blouses
  • Cardigans
  • Scarves
  • Table runners
  • Baby blankets
  • Beach cover-ups
  • Lightweight wraps

❤️ Beginner Notes

Although the finished fabric looks intricate, the entire design is based on repeating only:

  • chain stitches
  • single crochet
  • double crochet
  • shell stitches

Once Rows 4 and 5 are established, you’ll be repeating the same sequence throughout the project, making it an excellent pattern for relaxing crochet sessions.
